We try to make things simple and easy to return an item to us!

Shipping

We have up to a 15 business day delivery window to get products to your business or home. We use suppliers in the USA and overseas and have to manage inventory and shipping times. Things can be delayed but we normally ship within 5 business days. We use USPS Parcel Post, International Mail, and UPS shipping methods. Returns

Diffusers –You may return any diffuser for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of the date you receive the product for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. The diffuser must be unused and still in its original packaging with all parts and accessories to not be charged the 50% re-stocking fee. Original packing is required with the return. If its not, we will charge an additional fee of $50 to cover the missing packaging.

Fogger/Sprayer/Misters –You may return for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of the date you receive the product for a refund if the product is not opened. If opened there will be a 50% re-stocking plus a $50 packaging fee if you do not have the original box and parts. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Outside of 30 days, all sales are final.

Aromas – No refunds or returns on all aroma products

Warranty

Diffusers – Have a 1-year factory warranty if the item should be defective not from wear and tear of oil malfunctions. The warranty is applicable to customers who use our aroma or essential only. If you are using a 3rd party aroma or fragrance your warranty is only for the 1st 90days. . The customer is responsible for shipping for all warranty work to our location. We will provide free shipping back after the repair work has been done. Additionally, outside your warranty period we offer extended warranties or we will provide replacement parts should you need them. We inspect all of our units that come in for warranty to determine the eligibility for a warranty claim. Mis use, normal wear and tear or other mis handling of the equipment will not be accepted as warranty work.

Foggers/Sprayers/Misters – Have a 90-day factory warranty if the item should be defective not from wear and tear of disinfectant malfunctions. Outside your warranty period we offer extended warranties or we will provide replacement parts should you need them at cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: Oil Works & Co 1562 Tamiami Trail South #4 Venice Fl 34293.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
